As the founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board of the STAR Fond, I want to help build a foundation that creates genuine and lasting opportunities for people with disabilities in Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that everyone should have an equal right to fulfil their potential and participate fully in sport, education, and working life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to contribute to the work of the STAR Fond because inclusion benefits individuals, communities, and society as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I became actively involved in cooperation between the Nordic countries and Estonia when I was just 18 years old. When I was invited to take part in discussions about establishing the STAR Fond and learned that the initiative was inspired by Norway\u2019s Stiftelsen VI, I decided that I wanted to contribute and share my experience in both cross-border cooperation and working with people with disabilities and chronic illnesses. I hope this initiative will grow into a significant and lasting force for positive change in Estonian society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I have been personally involved in supporting young people with disabilities and their integration into society for more than 20 years. Together with Paal, Ene and the wider Norwegian community, we were involved in launching the Aitan Lapsi Charity Foundation in 2010. Since then, we have dedicated our energy and experience to helping young people in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By participating in the work of the STAR Fond, we extend a helping hand to the most vulnerable members of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
